RCGA NETWORK 2.0 IS HERE! (continued)

One of the main reasons we are so excited about this deployment is due to the fact that it incorporates much of the feedback and suggestions that we received from you, the users of the network, over the course of the last year.  Just a few of the new features that are either now incorporated or coming over the course of the next several weeks include:

  • new database structure for greater performance
  • new design that takes advantage of current Internet-based styles and conventions
  • more flexibility to update and deploy for greater design and functionality capabilities on a much quicker scale
  • more capabilities to communicate with the club member (messaging and calendaring)
  • greater ability to peer review scores and attest scores with other network members
  • most accurate and up-to-date course Canadian course database
  • broadband and narrowband kiosk design and deployment to meet the needs of all golf clubs
  • touch screen capability for club kiosk
  • full integration to narrowband EAGLE handicap product
  • significant amount of flexible admin features and functionality
  • e-commerce platform that will allow for greater scalability and more feature-rich functionality
  • robust event management module, that will integrate with EAGLE tournament
  • broad tool set for associations and organizations in transactions, development, reporting, etc.
  • and much, much more

The release of 2.0 is a staged release, meaning features and functions will be deployed on a day-by-day basis in the coming weeks. We will be sending “RCGA Network Updates” to your Message Centre as they are released.

We know that this is an extremely busy time for clubs and their members, and we are doing everything we can to get you up and running. Again, we appreciate your patience and understanding during this process.
